Good quality hotel, I loved its central location not far from the main train station. I were moved to a standard double room for best value. Thanks to a very good service I had a pleasant stay.

Great location : just right behind the Dom Platz. Supre Breakfast: available from 6:30 till noon (brunch!) ; buffet with great variety; fresh pressed juices daily, you may also order Espresso or Capuccino (not only tasteless Coffee). Very frendly staffs.
The design of building is strange.... some rooms are with windows towards the inner yard, from where people can see through the windows; additionally, it means not chance to have fresh air.

Pleasant staff who were not obtrusive; light and airy atrium;good location; good room, comfortable bed and bedding, quality fitments in bedroom/bathroom; free internet access in lobby very handy
I was disappointed not to find a kettle in the room to make tea/coffee - this is standard in many good hotels, and I had expected it in the Pullman.

This hotel offered a delicious breakfast with plenty of fresh, local products, and it was conveniently located near the main square.

Apart from this being architecturally interesting and spacious, the young people on reception were exceptionally efficient and friendly, helping me with a wedding speech translation. The room was clean, comfortable and elegant. And the hotel was in a quiet area - but close to the town's attractions. This was an outstanding hotel experience (and we've got lots to compare it with).

The hotel was luxurious and staff were friendly.
For a 5 star hotel I would have expected a pool and noticed from their brochure that most of the others in the chain did have one. That was the only disappointment.

Free use of Internet in reception area and when I asked the reception if they could provide me with an adaptor plug they did this immediately and without charge. The breakfast bar a good choice of food which is well presented.
The television reception was poor and choice of channels restricted

My partner and I recently stayed at the Dorint Hotel for a short weekend getaway. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. They even helped us make dinner reservations at local restaurants not once, but twice! We were impressed by the modern and cool design of the hotel, especially the glass lift. The room was spacious and clean, and despite the bad weather, we enjoyed spending time in the room. The location was convenient, with a short walk to town and a tram stop just half a block away. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of choices and the room temperature was perfect. it was a pleasure staying at the Dorint Hotel.
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

The hotel staffs were not friendly upon check in or check out. The restaurant menu had a limited selection. This is not a 5 star hotel. I would say 3.5.

The room was exactly as described. The breakfast, while not included in our room rate, was excellent. We had requested a children's bed and it was waiting in the room for us with a small activity book for our daughter and some children's toiletries. Finally, we were in Erfurt during some unseasonably warm weather, so we were very pleased that the hotel had air conditioning!

Great breakfast, convenient location
We had a nice stay at this hotel for our holiday. The breakfast was really good and had plenty of options to choose from. The hotel's location was also very convenient for exploring the town. We really appreciated the fact that it was situated within walking distance of the old town, and we found this to be a great advantage. the hotel offered very comfortable beds that allowed us to get a good night's rest.
One downside to this hotel was the noise level during the night. We had trouble sleeping due to noises coming from outside or within the hotel.
